Cannot place the tracking code to each page of the site

I have the following code

I placed in tn footer.tpl of my theme, but it works only on home page(

What am I doing wrong?

Hi! Are you sure that it is not working? I've checked other pages and it looks like information is sending for yandex webvisor.
