Kubalos
Good day, I have a question. I would like to setup my prestashop installation in such a way that when a client makes an order I can check my balance first in the store if anything has been sold yes or no. And if available verify the order and then to send the invoice so they can pay. Hence Client makes an order I receive a note that an invoice has been placed (default functionality) We have to verify if the product is in stock We have to verify the order After verification the client receives an e-mail with the invoice so he or she can pay Is this possible? And IF so.. How, or what module should we use for this. I am using prestashop 1.7. Thanks in advance!
Scully
It all depends on the payment modules used. This modules define into which state an order is put after initial creation. And the order state itself defines whether or not an email is sent and what kind of information this email provides to the customer. If you use real time payments such as PayPal, it might not be possible because the payment itself already triggers the invoice.
