Dont buy Abandoned Cart PRO they never respond emails!

So this is my story...

 
We have sent dozens of emails to authors of abandoned cart pro plugin (from account @ [email protected] (Thread #154257) and from our outsourced shop implementing team (mail at domain @scorise.com).
Unfortunately they have never replied our questions with something more than "In order to receive the best and fastest response possible, please contact the developer of the module directly." blahblahblahblah ofcourse we DID it via scorise account too...
 
I think If they don't want to reply us and help to make plugin usable, how can we start a refound procedure? There are few more plugins for abandoned cart in market and their authors will normally email with us if needed for sure.
 

I was so desperated and one day foun contact to them (I think?) from Abandoned card PINNED topic:

Every day without email from them is a monywaster to us, (abandoned carts ARE a problem). We are really dissapointed. I hope you can help me to manage this situation.

Here is the process to get your refund. You need first to click on the following link.

If the developer doesn't answer or if there is a dispute between you and the developer, you should:
Send a message to "I have a question regarding a product I bought" > "I didn't get any answer to my question". The PrestaShop team will get back to you within the next 3 working days maximum.


Also, as I said in the message that you saw on my profile. The email address that I've shared was only related to the Cloud offer. As you saw, it's not helpful in this case.

Three BDays later (even 4!) and no response from prestashop... It smells worst and worst every single day whem I lost money by abandoned carts on my store... It is really bad sign of how prestashop cares about its clients...

I am going to give up with prestashop, almost 2000€ and thousand of hours trying to make it works...

 

 

I want to abandon it as well... Too much investment for features that have to be there from the begining... BAD, HORRIBLE customer support... Prestashop is just not the best idea...

I'd found a big problem in latest version, but they not answer to any email

I wrote this email:

 

Version 1.7.26 and product description layout
For some reason the latest version have now changed completely the %CART_PRODUCTS% layout.

Because in backoffice is impossible to select witch details to put in the %CART_PRODUCTS% placeholder is impossible for us to make the layout compact.
The best layout could be also the image, the description and the price aligned TOP BUT with the description more compact or selecteble ON/OFF.
Also the price table column is too small and the price 1,200.00 € not fit the row.

Plus the price is not following out eshop price format!
In italy the price format must be: 1.200,00€ not 1,200.00€

Please fix the price format and the %CART_PRODUCTS% layout!
 

If i don't receive any email I'm forced to change manually the code, but is a paying module/plugin and is strange that no one have noticed this problem and the support is so weak!.

Welcome to Prestashop, where the rules to sell modules on the PS Addons store only apply to third party developers/contributors and not to Prestashop themselves.

It is not uncommon to hear that modules developed by Prestashop do not work, and that Prestashop fails to respond or fix their issues. 

Now if it were a free module, maybe I would cut them some slack.  But a module that costs $140+ that does not work, and where no response is received is unacceptable.

If I did that, they would refund you the money and remove my module or me from the store...
