site is very slow

i have a e-commerce site. Name is www.pharmaquik.com. Site is too much slow. what i am doing in this situation. need expert opinion and feed back me as earlier as possible

- Has it always been that slow?

- Have you recently done updates?

- What kind of performance settings have you set in the backoffice?

- What kind of hosting service do you use?

- Is it a VPS / dedicated or a shared server?

 

From a first catch, the issue is related to loading the HTML content but not related to images, css or other resources. Maybe it's database, maybe the server is generally slow.
