Can't change order of categories

Hi,

 

I would like to thank in advance the community for its help and support

 

I would like to change the order of my categories, so I go to my categories list and I drag the category I want to change down, it then tells me it was successful but upon refreshing the page the category is back to its original position. If I try to delete the category to add it again, the category is recreated upon refreshing. I put the screen shorts in order of what is happening ( I am moving the "Materiel divers" category).

 

Does someone have a solution to this problem ? Thanks
