"Add to cart" button is not shown on some product page. Can you help me?

Hi everybody, I have a really strange problem and I hope that someone can help me because I really don't know what to do..

In the product page of some item doesn't appear the "Add to cart" button, but if I go in the home page without open the product page, the button appear and the same product is buyable.

Strange, because many other items haven't this problem, so it come only with some product.

and one of the products where this succed is this: https://www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com/it/eliquids/361-kilo-birthday-cake-shakevape.html

But there are also others.

Does someone know what is succeding?

Open file /themes/yourThemeName/product.tpl and check conditions to add class `unvisible` to `Add to cart` button.

This is because there are no quantities available for the product (product is out of stock). On products that does not have the "Add to cart" button, you can see the following code by doing an inspect element:

<span id="quantityAvailable">0</span>

To solve this, go to your Back Office > Catalog > Products > Select the product you want > Quantity and add quantity to them.

If you want to show the "Add to cart" button even if product is out of stock go to Back Office > Preferences > Products and enable "Allow ordering of out-of-stock".

As you can see in the home page the same product is available and buyable

but if you enter in the product the "Add to cart" button disappear.

But this succed only with some products not with all.

Well, that is certainly weird. A temporary solution would be to allow orders for out of stock items as well. Did you edit any core files prior to this or did something in the database? Also, try clearing Prestashop cache.

I have tried to clear the Prestashop cache but nothing change.

The problem is that allowing the sells when out of stock will generate many noise about the orders, because it's a marketplace site.

I don't remember if I have changed something, but I don't think. Only now I'm seeing this, but the problem maybe was always there. I have opened the shop from 3 month and I still have never sell something. So also for this I was investigating.

Do you have javascript errors in your page? Things for combinations are set up by javascript and having errors in javascript can cause problems with combinations.

This is a typical bug in prestashop. I'm also unable to change the quantity of the product. Try using a different browser/machine or delete browser history.
