Problem with customer import

Import doing nice when i am importing customers which ID existing database (than import overwrites customer information), but when i try to import customer with new ID or when I am ignore column ID i get message:

Errors occurred:
Technical error: Unexpected response returned by server. Import stopped.

I am using prestashop 1.7
