Backoffice access only works with debug=true

Hi,

I have a prestashop store in version 1.7.1.2 but I can only access the backoffice if debug_mode is true, if debug_mode is false, when accessing bckoffice gives me error 500.

 

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

I delete files from cache folder and fix the problem
