Can I restore modele settings from a theme after I did a change?

Hello,

 

yesterday I upgraded from 1.6.1.2 to 1.6.1.13 because a I thought this would resolve an issue with a module that wasn't working. Previously I did a backup from the entire site and the database.

 

After I did the upgrade, the problem was still so I thought, I will change to the default theme and maybe solve my problem. When I did this I install their respective modules. The problem was still so I decided to go back to my original module, the one that I did a lot of changes and customizations.

 

For my surprise now the entire site went on with the original modules on the theme and I lost all my changes. I'm really worried and I would like to know If I can go back to my previous version.

 

I would appreciate any help to solve this.
