Inactive feature Make combination of existing products as a pack

Hi,

Give some advise. 

 

When trying to add a new product the features:

 

Pack of existing products

and

Virtual product (services, booking, downloadable products, etc.)

 

are unavailable to select.

 

Can in be fixed from the setup?

 

They use to work correctly before.

 

It shows a message:

 

You cannot use combinations with a pack.

or

You cannot use combinations with a virtual product.
