Backup DB with Prestashop creates corrupted dumps

I have a problem when I use the internal tool of Prestashop to do backup of the database, the dump file is corrupted dump of the database, the size of each backup its like 10mb or less
I follow this guide to configure my php.ini file:

Maybe I dont agree in certain things that it said, but I followed it step by step with that parameters.

Any idea ?

It looks like a server issue. Probably the server fails to backup the whole database because of limited memory or timeout.

Yeah, but in phpmyadmin works fine, and I use https://sourceforge.net/projects/mysqldumper// and works fine too

when you create the backup from phpmyadmin, how large is the .sql file that is created?

 

phpmyadmin is likely not using the same webserver software that your website is using, and it likely has been configured differently, especially in a shared hosting environment.

 

This means if you are getting corrupted db backups in PS back office, you need to reconfigure your webserver/php software to allow processes to run longer.
