Connot login after installation

Hello i have installed newest ps 1.3.1.
I removed install dir and change name of admin folder.
Shop is working but...
I can't login to my admin panel .
Looking for help ( i am writing good password and login )

Did you set your __PS_BASE_URI__ in /config/settings.inc.php ? It should be something like:

define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/xxx/prestashop/');

This is my config :
define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/');

My hosting is supported by Plesk.
So shop works in /httpdocs directory
How to fix my problem ?

When i try to use " recovery password " there is error : this account doesn't exist
I am 100% sure it's good e-mail and password what i am using . I was trying 5x install prestashop

Try to find our what value should your PS_BASE_URI have. Usually when it's note set correctly after trying to login at the backoffice it redirects you to the same page.

Page doesn't redirects me to to the same page .

I don't have any other ideas. This should be debugged onsite. Can you tell me at least what version is your PHP?
