Problem with affiliate module included with Prestashop 1.6.1.11

Hi, I'm trying to configure the affiliate module that's included in Prestashop 1.6.1.11 but i can't make it work.

I want to have an identifier like ?ref=1 at the end of the url. So, what i put in "request uri" is %e-graphicdesign.com%? in exclude, and ref=1 in include. But it doesn't count any visit or anything. 

The url that my affiliate would use would be www.e-graphicdesign.com?ref=1

I've seen several tutorials, including the official documentation and i don't know what am i doing wrong.
