[solved] customers cannot see add to cart button

I have no idea. I just tested your website in IE6, IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera and the green "Add to cart" button was clearly visible in all of them. Can you ask the customer for a screenshot of the homepage, product listings or product page?

It turns out the customer had been looking at an old zen cart version of the site that was put in showcase mode after I made the switch to Presta, it still lives in a different directory - you would of thought he might have noticed the difference in appearance, not to mention the great big message I put on the old home page saying 'click here to go to the new site to purchase' and not forgetting the fact that he had ALREADY registered on the new site after being sent an email advising customers of the move!! :-S

You couldn't make it up - I wonder if he is allowed money and sharp things?
