Tracking link is not display in in_transit email

I'm using the default email template that contain this code:

 

<a href="{followup}" style="color: #337ff1;">{followup}</a>

 

In my carrier I configured the tracking URL like that:

 

http://www.post.ch/swisspost-tracking?formattedParcelCodes=@

 

When I'm adding a tracking number in the product, an email is send to my customer but the email do not show any tracking link. It's only say "You can track your package using the following link:" and then blank..

I have the same problem. Do you have Prestashop 1.7.X?

Same probleme with the same carrier ;o) and same Prestashop version !

 

Is that one of you found a solution ?
