Hi,

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.0.9

I have a problem with delivery address ... 

If try to buy something with INSTANT CHECKOUT options i see this error https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByzQ6et_Ek6iaHdUdFhxcWR3MTg .

But if made a registration there is a no problem with same address

Have You any ideas guys?

Registration of a customer address is not the same thing as placing an order.

Carriers can be restricted by max measures, max weight or zones.

 

If for example the customer address is registered to USA but the carriers are not set up for USA, you can't place an order.

Or if you have a carrier limited to for example 30 kg of weight and no other carrier but the customer chooses 3 products with 35 kg of total, you also can't place this order.

 

First step: Back office an check the carrier setup.

I don't think it's from Carriers configuration, because I try to do it with same address and item for registered users and non registered users. The error becomes only with non registered users.

If I miss something please give me a example

At the very last page of carrier setup page, you can define the customer groups allowed to choose the carrier.

For me it sounds like you have deactivated the carrier for guests and visitors.
