Problem using recording Hotjar to monitorate a prestashop 1.6 e-commerce

Hi, 

we use a Hotjar to recorder customers mouse movement and more, but we have a problem about recorder that doesn't show  css style.

The Hotjar staff wrote me that:

 

"This issue might arise because of how Hotjar Recordings work: As visitors are browsing through your website, Hotjar takes a copy of the code of each page...

When we do this, Hotjar tries to load CSS files that the original page had. If the filename was changed since the recording happened, the page will try to load CSS files which no longer exist and as a result, no CSS will be rendered."

 

Did anyone have the same problem?
