Scully Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 Check the error-logfile or your server instead of the normal log. Error 500 normally leads to a more detailled error entry in this specific log. Scully Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) You have to log into your server (not the prestashop backend). You can do this with an Telnet / ssh Tool like putty or you might have a Hosting Panel like Plesk or others, where you can access the logs from within a webbrowser. If you use the first approch with a console login, normally the logs are saved under a path like /log or /logs. The corresponding logfile might be named like error_log or error.log or similar with some date as pre- or postfix.
