server logs returning

POST /admin/index.php?controller=AdminOrders&vieworder&token=fc7a7c75df674c2dd8f5303c9e76b3b2 HTTP/1.0" 500 0 "https://shopeminent.com.ua/admin/index.php?controller=AdminOrders&id_order=2742&vieworder&token=fc7a7c75df674c2dd8f5303c9e76b3b2" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

and

POST /quick-order?rand=1498807171356 HTTP/1.0" 500 0 "https://shopeminent.com.ua/quick-order" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

What could this be?

Check the error-logfile or your server instead of the normal log.

Error 500 normally leads to a more detailled error entry in this specific log.

There you should see more details like a page line, where the error occurs plux a more helpful text.

You have to log into your server (not the prestashop backend). You can do this with an Telnet / ssh Tool like putty or you might have a Hosting Panel like Plesk or others, where you can access the logs from within a webbrowser.

If you use the first approch with a console login, normally the logs are saved under a path like /log or /logs. The corresponding logfile might be named like error_log or error.log or similar with some date as pre- or postfix.
