cscreenstore Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 Hello, I ran a test order using the eway gateway and everything went through correctly, I received the thank you for the order email, but also received a Payment Processing Error email. When I checked in the Back-office I found under the Payment section - Warning $4,369.00 paid instead of $43.69. The order totaled $43.69 and that is the correct amount charged through to the gateway. When I click on the Details it says: Card Number Not defined Card Brand Not defined Card Expiration Not defined Card Holder Not defined Please see attached image.
