[ASK]The email only display the field name not the content

I unchecked all of the send email to customer states on Order States. Then i make my own states.
When i try the email sending progress, the result is: (on my own language)

Order: #000009 pada tanggal {date}
Pembayaran: {payment}

Produk {total_products}
Discount {total_discounts}
Bungkus kado {total_wrapping}
Shipping {total_shipping}
Total paid Rp 705,000

The email only display the field name not the content.
Anyone can help?
