Removing the help button for all users except the Super-User?

Hi,

I want to remove the Help button for all user except the Superuser.

But I need the full code with if condition.

Also I need the solution, that works for all templates and not only for default template.

 

Here the user bellini132 write about override solution but I don't understand how can I do this right

Can anybody here write the right code for Prestashop 1.6.1.14?
