Strange message after customer registration

Hello, I am facing some strange message when customer is registrating him self going from the shopping cart.

 

Customer can fill in all datas in Checkout without registration or Customer registration, but when he press CONFIRM, there is white page beginning with word Array.

 

In the fact registration is done in the system, but customer does not know what to do and not finish order.

 

It is strange because it was working few days ago, I did not make any update of Prestashop and did not change any code.

Welcome to the forum.

 

Do you some module that change way native PrestaShop price works ?

You can check in root override/classes folder if there is some Product.php file that have custom code for prices.

 

Also if not already try to replicate issue with debug mode on

and check server error logs or if you have in root error.log file. Maybe it hold bit more explanation of error you are getting.

Hi, thank you for advise.

 

Finally I found out on internet information that this error hapend to one guy because of usage mail chimp modul. I uninstalled it and now everything is OK.

Anyway, that message was caused by debug mode turned on. You should turn it off in production, because such messages can appear again.

I know now, you are right, there was message FATAL ERROR before I solved it.
