Upload product image link not working

Hello, I don't know why, but my link which I use to upload images for products stopped working (screenshot attached). It's dead, I'm clickig like crazy and it just won't open anything. Also that drag and drop thing just opens the image location instead. Could you help me please?

 

I'm using prestashop 1.7.1.2

My theme creator advised me to reset their module called "ANTheme Videos and it helps. Maybe you'll find this useful.

not working for me, still can`t upload a image for a catagory.

 

i am using 1.7.1.2

Maybe try out different PHP version, clear cache or switch to a default template and try it on that one.

 

These are just my tips if you haven't tried them yet... I'm just a regular user, it would probably need someone more into presta than me.

 

But nobody seems to answer on this topic.
