Where is the color editor in PS 1.7?

Hi,

 

I've bought a theme that is compatible with PS 1.7, and on the theme's product page they show the "Color editor" icon.

But I can't find it in the back office.

 

What does the 'Color editor' icon indicate on the product page?

Where should I look for it?

Is there any other configuration page where you can change the colors of your front office?
