Translating text in 3rd party themes (Blackhawk specifically this time)

I need to change a few things in the standard setup of a theme. For example, The shopping cart block has the headline of "Shopping Cart". I need this to be in Danish.

 

 

Also the cart block shows that shipping is "Gratis" while the the cart is empty, as soon as something is added it shows our actual shipping price. I would like to get rid of this "Gratis" as it is a bit misleading. I see no where to do this in the Cart Block module setup. Actually like so many modules I see very little that is useful with the Cart Block module. It does nothing accept turn on and off Ajax.
