Module cashondelivery loading slow

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my shop http://gentlemanshoes.ro 

 

For a few days when a customer reach order validation step and click it, the cashondelivey module is loading slow before it reaches confirmations, arond 12 seconds.

 

I enable debug mode but its not showing any errors in frontend.

 

In cpanel, on errorlog i have the following errors:
