Modification of main page issues

Hi Guys.

I've just deployed Prestashop at my test page and have couple questions about main page design modification.

 

Q1: My main menu located in the right from the logo. I would like to move it down after the logo. There is no module responsible for logo and I can not use positioning capabilities.

How can I move main menu down? Please see my page here: http://95.85.8.245

Q2: I would like to Modify the name of ALL Brands to Brands in main menu. I do realize that it could be done through translation, but I can not learn the module name. Could someone advice ?

Q3: Is it possible somehow being at frontage to understand module name, e.g. using some tools like Firebug. If yes, could you please advice. Or any other steps to understand module name when I'm at the front end page.
