anthony654987
My business is settled in Belgium, when I sell to a company in a different country, that company is exempt from VAT and does not pay taxes on the products but does so in its own country. When a company in Belgium purchases something, the company is strangely enough also exempt from VAT which is incorrect. Companies within the same country of purchase should always be taxed. I need to enable Belgian companies to be taxed 21% on their purchase. I cannot figure out how to change this, can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance. EDIT: I have tried removing the ability to insert a VAT number on the country Belgium for a quick fix, if I remove this from the country other countries don't get the vat number input field as well strangely enough. SOLVED - SOLUTION: Had to change the country to Belgium on the Tax Number module this fixed it.
