Advance Stock Management Issue

I enabled Advance Stock Management globally and in one product. I tried creating a supply order and finalized it to see how it works. Then I removed the warehouse and disabled Advance Stock Management.

 

Now when I try to re-enable "I want to use the advanced stock management system for this product" for the same product it seems ok, but when I choose "Available quantities for current product and its combinations are based on warehouse stock" it throws an error and I am unable to enable it for this product.

 

Also the warehouse I deleted has disapeared from the warehouse page, but is still showing in the product creation page under warehouses.

 

I believe I need to do some cleanup in the DB, but I can't find it. Any help will be much appreciated.
