Adding pictures

Hello guys. 

 

I have one qustion for you. Hope you can help me. 

Now, I have more than 4.000 active products, and each product has ca. 5 pictures. Now I want to add, for each product, one additionally picture and to be a cover photo. 

Is there any faster way to do this, maybe over some mysql query, without prestashop administration/products/reference/...
