How to refund with Paypal

How can I refund a customer with Paypal on Prestashop?

 

When refunding with Paypal the interest the Paypal take us from each buy is refunding too?

it depends on the Paypal module you are using.

If the module can do a full refund from your store(module), then I think Paypal should also refund the commission too.

 

You should be able to test that at sandbox testing environment - to make sure if the module works as expected.

I'm using the Paypal module that comes with Prestashop.

The module  (paypalusa) should support refund. you can make a test to verify the functionality.

How could I know if my Paypal module can do full refunds or not ?

Cause it seems that my customers don't have their money back when i'm doing a full refund... Do I have to refund manually in the Paypal interface ?

My client just has used the module to refund their costumer.

Yay, my bad... i just had to validate the state "Refunded" for the order...
I thought that clicking on the "Refund products" in the bottom of the order screen was enough and I didn't get why there wasn't a transaction...
