Integrate cart and account system and automically generated pricelist

Hi,

I already have a onlineshop but I want to change the system to prestashop. Therefore I have some questions and hope you can help me.

1. How can I integrate the cart and the account from the old page. This is needed because the products have to be    

    designed/edited on the old page.

2. Is it possible to use prestashop for the "first steps" in the shop and then integrate the "editor" from the old page into my         prestashop page? Mybe header and footer stay the same and the mainpage is only the editor / ips_content_wrapper

3. How can I automatically create a pricelist from all products in the shop or do I have to create a pricelist on my own?

4. Is ist possible to create a different shipping price for each product-category?

I want to create a complete new store. Only the producteditor and the existing account system and the existing cart have to be integrated into the new shop.
