Can't login to dashboard after 1click upgrade from 1.7.0.0 to 1.7.1.2

Hi, as i have been having problems to install 1.7.1.2 from the scratch on IIS10 with PHP 7.1.6,  (because of the Symfony/PHP rename bug on Windows), i decided to install 1.7.0.0. like some people suggested (installed without no issues) and them i did 1 click upgrade.

 

The upgrade finished just with one warning (it can not update ps_linklist module - nothing important to me), nevertheless, after CTR+F5, now i can not open the admin board login page.

 

I already changed the folder to admin again, but nothing, when i hit the domain/adminfolder/index.php i always receive a 500 error (now the admin folder is again with the name that it was before staring the upgrade).

 

I already deleted the web browser cache without no success.

 

If i just hit the domain the complete prestashop is on maintenance (it is requirement for 1-click upgrade), but as i can login to admin dashboard i can not turn off the maintenance mode.

 

Any help?
