Error updating Prestashop from 1.6.1.14 to 1.7.1.1

When I try to update my prestashop 1.6.1.14 to prestashop 1.7.1.1 with 1-Click Upgrade v1.6.7 it gives an error, and stops the update.

 

the error: [Ajax / Server Error for action backupDb] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:" " jqXHR: " "

 

 

 

I search a lot, and all the option to solve this problem, didn't work.

What should I do?

And if there isn't solution for this problem, can i just just create a new prestashop with the 1.7.1.1 version and copy the database from 1.6.1.14?
