Payment Module (Cheap or free)

Prestashop version: 1.6

 

I'm looking for a payment gateway or module that accepts some of the major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discovery, MasterCard) that is free or doesn't cost too much. I'd looked at Authorized.net but they have a steep fee of $25. Anyone here know of a cheaper alternative for a new store that possibly charges on a percentage basis or only when a customer makes payment, etc?

PayPal Advanced is $10 a month + pretty standard transaction fees

Does it integrate with the site design or is there a branded pop-up that shows up when customers pick that option?

Checkout Stripe or Braintree.  Both have no monthly fees, they take a transaction fee instead, just like Paypal would.
