P.Bochenek Posted June 9, 2017 Share Posted June 9, 2017 Hello, I got this one odd problem, when an order is placed from the Front Office, all the email variables are being changed correctly, all the data is correct. For example, client uses Bankwire, and I see the data changes in the email, variables are replaced with Bankwire module data. However, when I change the order status from the Back Office, where email variables are present, they are not being replaced. For example, I changed order status to Awaiting Bankwire payment, instead of my data set in the Bankwire module I see: {bankwire_owner}{bankwire_details}{bankwire_address} Did anyone have this problem before? I guess hardcoding won't solve this problem, as the data is changing in some emails. Kind regards PB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
