Invoices and order info not printing out all info

Since we upgraded to 1.6.1 any time you print out order details the items in the order are not showing up. The details print out is only taking the first two pages to the print. Page 3 that would usually contain the "products"and "sources" is skipped. 

 

This has only happened on new orders since the upgrade, but the strangest part is, on the person's account that is responsible for is the only place this happens. If I look at the exact same order on my account it prints out all the needed info. So this must be a setting somewhere but I have no idea where. Ok after some more testing we found out that if he uses MS IExplorer things print fine. If he uses Chrome the products do not come with. However when I use Chrome it works fine. This is all so Prestashop if you ask me. None of this makes sense, but it is very close to getting me fired.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

 

Along the same vane here, when the system makes invoices it never takes colors and sizes with. Why is this?
