Dashboard is empty

My Dashboard is empty (see img). Console of Chrome  display this:

How to fix this error?

I ran into this as well after a notably rough install (not all files got uploaded, took like 10 tries to get the installer running, etc). Nothing I did to it fixed it, and I couldn't find any reason for the issue. It was a brand new install, so I just did the whole install over again with a couple different tools to make it go smoother since I knew what to expect. The same issue isn't appearing, so if you haven't already I'd try just reinstalling the entire thing.
