Add accessory with product - Prestashop 1.6.1.13

Hello,

Im wondering if there is possibility to add product accessory with product on product page of course.

For example:

I have product with accessories (in this case accessories are warranties) and when I want to add one of 3 warranties selected to this product it will also add this product to cart.

And something like removing both products from cart like they were added.

If something like that is even possible?
