Building the pages

I have just installed Prestashop and aam totaly confused. Years ago when I had an online shop I could just cut and paste the items from the catolog. Now (I am 85) I cannot figure out to get started on the pake and get security products on it and not dresses.Is it possible to set it up without buying the guide, Being on Social security I have to pinch pennies and that is why I am building this page. Any help is appreciated .

You add products from the backoffice.

 

Along the left side, there is a menu (sometimes along the top but default on 1.6 is left side). 

Select Catalog then Products. Along the top right there is now an add product option.

Then just play with filling out the information.

The instructions on how to use PrestaShop are free last I checked.
