e30_dk
1.6.1.9 I wanted to upgrade my prestashop and enabled the 1-click module, but when it was almost finished, an error occurred and I started rolling back, but also there was an error and I only got this page: Technobiler.net can not currently process this request. HTTP ERROR 500This page does not work I chose to copy my backup files over, but with unchanged result I still get the same error. What do I do now? Thanks in advance Mogens
razaro
OK few questions : did you make manual backup or you maybe some daily backup in your hosting ? Did you tested upgrade on same server on copied domain ? For error 500 to enable debug mode https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ and see what error is displaying, if any. Prestafan1234
@e30.dk - I see a pattern in your questions (or at least the ones I have now checked). You ask a question in the Danish forum and you post the exact same question in the English forum. You receive qualified answers from both places. If an answer solves your question, you mark as solved and do not post the solution. i.e. you ask several people for help, but you don't bother to share the solution with others. In my opinion this is really bad behaviour in a forum, where everyone reads and learns from other people who have or might encounter the same problem. Remember, the people that help you solve your problems do this to help you and others voluntarily - and most often in their free time. So the pattern of just posting in different forums and not giving credit or thanks to people helping you is very selfish. Just my two cents.....
