clear the smarty cache and more

Hi,

I asked the hosting service why I could not empty the smarty cache by performance. The technician decide by himself to deleted all the files:

 

before:

 

cache

|__cachefs

|__purifier

|__push

|__sandbox

|__smarty

|__smarty_1

|__tcpdf

 

now:

 

cache

|__ class_index.php

|__ smarty

 

Could the site be compromised?

I can retrieve a backup
