you have to edit the tpl files and delete these lines

                       {if ($product.quantity > 0 OR $product.allow_oosp) AND $product.customizable != 2}
{l s='Add to cart' mod='homefeatured'}
                       {else}
{l s='Add to cart' mod='homefeatured'}
                       {/if}

you have to edit :
/modules/homfeatured/homefeatured.tpl
/themes/yourtheme/product-list.tpl
/themes/yourtheme/product.tpl
