(solved) Translation tools dont work ,help me urgently

hi,

I noticed that i cannot translate some modules and some parts of the theme from back panel>settings>translate>module translations.

/modules and subfolders have 755 chmod permissions ( i also tried 777)
all files under modules has 644 ch mod ( i also tried 777)

I write somethings accross to english words and i saved. When i re-open module translation tabs i see that my translated words are dissappeared.It only happened some modules .Other modules are translateable as normal.

I bought also a new theme.no module that new theme has can be translateable. I cant find what the problem is.


Any idea ?

Delete all files in /Tools/Smarty/Compile folder

Delete all the files but still have the translations that are saved not working he goes to the default language english, help please

I asked provider to raise memory limit. This helped me on another site. All another solutions did not help me.
