prestaseller
Hi, as in the title.. Download always stop at 4/500 mb. Why, and how to solve? My prestashop version is 1.6.1.
bellini13
i would suggest a simple test to see if this is a prestashop issue, or a server/hosting issue take your virtual file and put it somewhere on your servers web root, using FTP or File Manager. Then try to download that file using your browser, which will remove Prestashop from the equation. See if the file downloads properly.
prestaseller
Done, the file downloads properly from that..
bellini13
Then I would suggest you look at your servers error logs to see if an error is being recorded when you download the file from Prestashop. I assume you are using the download link provided in the email or order history?

musicmaster
I use both and from bo. Now that happening also with small size files..where i can find server error logs? Ask your service provider. There is also a log directory in your Prestashop. But that is rather limited.

SLiCK_303
I would assume it has to do with post_max_size setting on your server?
prestaseller
Ask your provider where your log file is... Done, im in. What now?
bellini13
I would assume it has to do with post_max_size setting on your server? If that were the case, then the test I suggested he try would have failed too... However he is able to download the large file directly from the server using a browser
