whoey
We are running 1.7.0.6 and get 500 errors when adding/editing products after trying to upgrade to newer versions. if you enable debug mode can you then add/edit products?
enigma32
Same problem. The debug mode suggestion does nothing as it is a fatal error requiring finding it in the apache error logs. PHP Fatal error: Class 'PrestaShop\\PrestaShop\\Adapter\\Tax\\TaxRuleDataProvider' not found in /opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs/app/cache/prod/appProdProjectContainer.php on line 2368 Can anybody point me in the right direction and save some of my hair from getting pulled out? enigma32
Nevermind, problem solved. I was digging into why the file would fail to load, didn't think it would flat out not exist! I uploaded it for sure, but installer must have deleted it?? Edited July 21, 2017 by enigma32 (see edit history)
Scully
Lorna, you have a memory issue. Increase the available memory within you PHP server settings.
whoey
For us our php was configured with Max execution time: 30, changed to 90 and the problem is gone.

whoey
Yes, I prematurely celebrated it working with a cloned setup of our live site on the same host. The live site still had the error after upgrade. Had to manually roll back to our last working setup (1.7.0.6) by extracting the site backup and manually restoring the DB using phpmyadmin since the 1-click disaster failed to restore. It've been broken from the begining. Edited August 29, 2017 by wpp (see edit history)
