Paypal Plugin in 1.7 Not Working?

Greetings. I'm having my store in prestashop 1.7.1.1

 

I installed the Paypal Plugin and configured it with the custoemer's data of client ID and Scret ket, both in Sandbox and in Live. Currently the store is in sandbox.

 

The problem i see is that when i want to send in to paypal / creditcard payment when i click on pay obligation doesnt send me to paypal.

 

I don't think that is a Sandbox behavior since normally it launches paypal's interface and you do the transaction.

 

Am i missing something on the plugin or in the paypal's App?
