PayPal error: for a technical reasons the payments are not possible.

Hello,

 

Prestashop 1.6.1.13 (v 1.6.1.12 genau so),

Modul PayPal v3.11.4 - von PrestaShop.

 

by Checkout -> Payments -> choose PayPal  -> Error (translated from german):

"for a technical reasons the payments are not possible".

 

This is since more days.

 

PayPal -> Support-Ticket opened -> no answer:

I think this is the problem at my side - in modul or in Prestashop.

Another case many hunderts peoples would be to complain to PayPal.

 

First days worked PayPal payments.

I bought via PayPal many cheaply things in a shop.

 

After a few days I was logged in in a shop as a citizen of Niederland

and that was a first time as kam this error.

 

But if I was loged in as a citizen of Germany there was no errors.

 

Now is however no matter how I loged in the shop (from which country) - it comes again and again the same error message.

 

I have never changed after the first installation the module settings :

 

- PayPal Plus

- PaPal Login - off

- Live Modus

- Payment methode: Authorization/Manual capture (payment shipping)
