errors.csv on root becoming a monster after internal server error

Recommended Posts

Hello

i'm totally new to this but could open the new site yesterday.

i've experienced the 500 Error before after importing around 1,700 products.

site address : https://vibeby.com

then everything went alright till this morning. while i was checking 404 error pages, it happens again.

this time it shows a bit different message than before.

this time error was kinda inconsistent. admin and frontpage works at one point and seconds later both show the error.

then within 30 minutes it started working again even though i didn't do any.

but the problem i found is at the root, there is this huge monster size errors.csv file is spawning now. 48GB as of now.

i've donwloaded. considering the time, it can't be 52gb. but anyway i couldn't open this file on excel or other program but when i accessed via ftp (chrome used) i could open via chrome. lines lines of warning is accumulating on the file i guess.

anyway..after all this, i've changed file/folder permission via filezila to 755 (don't know what it was. since it shows *** when i accessed).

.htaccess refigured toggling on and off of smart url on the back-office.

i contacted to server service provider. they said they can't do any for this problem.

i really have no idea. what i can do. :(

any hints will be a great help

thanks in advance
